Role Overview:Running a mixture of pre-litigated and litigated cases Overseeing a ranges of fast-track personal injury claims following claimants sustaining injuries as a result of road traffic accidents Managing claims, including OIC and MOJ cases Also overseeing non-portal cases as/when required

Application Criteria's:Previous experience handling personal injury claims is essential Working knowledge of the OIC and/or the MOJ Portals is required Experience handling litigated personal injury cases highly advantageous
