Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Motor Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced technical supervisor to work alongside its existing team.
The ideal candidate will have RTA litigation knowledge alongside prior management/leadership experience.
The purpose of this role is to be a technical point of contact on a number of RTA cases including OIC/MOJ/Credit Hire/Motor claims to £25,000.
You will be responsible for supervising 4-5 team leaders, undertake regular review of files and provide feedback, identify and deliver any training needs and provide regular updates to the management team.
The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of motor cases from OIC Portal through to Part 7 Litigation to trial. You will have awareness of credit hire arguments and trends in the market.
Really interesting opportunity for someone who is an experienced file handler with some management experience and wants to move to a full supervisory role.
