Responsibilities within your new role

As a Ruby on Rails Mobile Developer, your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Chief Technology Officer in advancing the solution, actively participating in the expansion and development of the software engineering department, playing a key role in the selection process for new team members, and ensuring the ongoing functionality of the existing system while also contributing to the integration of new features aligned with the technical roadmap. Your efforts will be pivotal in shaping the technological landscape of the organisation, driving innovation, and fostering growth within the software engineering domain.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate a track record of successfully developing substantial Ruby on Rails projects. Proficiency in the latest technologies, including Ruby on Rails 7, Hotwire, and Stimulus, is essential. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of educational background and hands-on experience, showcasing their ability to navigate and contribute effectively to projects within the Ruby on Rails framework.
