SalaryRural and Regeneration Manager (Ref 2024-116)
Location: Housing Centre, Belfast
To manage a comprehensive Rural and Regeneration service including monitoring and delivery of the Rural Strategy and Action Plan, identification and assessment of rural housing need, coordination of rural site identification studies and delivery of regeneration programmes including Small Pockets of Deprivation and the RDP match funding programme. The post-holder will also be responsible for ensuring organisational compliance with the Rural Needs Act (NI) 2016.
The current salary for this post is £38,223 to £48,474 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
