Russian/Ukrainian Speaking Paralegal

Our client, a Tier 1 disputes specialist law firm, is seeking an individual fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian to join their team on an initial 6-12 month fixed term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile international cases within a renowned firm.

Established close to 100 years ago, they hold one of the strongest White Collar Crime teams in Europe, renowned for their expertise in areas such as AML, bribery and corruption, commercial and trust litigation, and more. With their international client base covering multinational corporations, financial institutions, governments, and high net worth individuals, our client offers exposure to diverse and complex cases.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will support both the Business Crime and Commercial Litigation/Civil Fraud departments. Your duties will include providing legal and administrative support to fee-earners, as well as interpreting and translating services. You’ll have the opportunity to draft research memos, take detailed notes in meetings, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian, along with excellent English language skills, is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background in law, ideally with prior experience in contentious/criminal paralegal work. Familiarity with eDisclosure platforms and legal databases is advantageous. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
