What you'll be doing:

Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate across various functions across our brands. You’ll work with and learn from great people every day, enhanced by 2-days a week of in-office time collaborating in person in London, right next to Tower Bridge.

You'll make an impact from the very beginning, learning key skills that will provide you with the foundation to accelerate your career and become a future leader.

Typical areas of the business you’ll gain experience in include:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - optimising our sites to earn large audiences through SEO. Using tools like Google Analytics to identify patterns and recommend changes.
• Paid Media - responsible for the daily execution of paid search campaigns on nationally recognised brands with large budgets.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - lead the delivery of email marketing campaigns for our millions of customers.
• Product & Analytics - leveraging data to understand consumer behaviour and propose changes to our digital product offering

You’ll be equipped with the latest technology (choice of Mac or Windows) and dedicated on-the-job training. We will provide you with access to a breadth of online resources designed to help you expand your knowledge. Your team, managers and mentors will support you every step of the way to make sure you feel empowered to make decisions and build a career you are proud of. You’ll also connect with your graduate counterparts in the US, with a trip to the Red Ventures headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

What you'll bring to the role:

• A degree in a highly numerate subject (for example STEM, Business, Finance, Economics, etc) as advanced numerical skills are a must for our roles.
• Ability to work on the right things, in the right order with the right intensity
• Enthusiasm, grit and care for your work
• A desire to learn through every experience - be it a win or a setback
• Communicate candidly, confidently and effectively interact with others
