This role is part of a Welsh Government funded generalist advice service (Single Advice Fund).

As a SAF Generalist Caseworker you will provide a generalist advice and casework service at Citizens Advice Flintshire. You will interview and advise clients on a variety of generalist subjects and will also work towards gaining your generalist advice certificate.
