EIP Support Worker

Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference to the quality of people’s lives? 

As an Early Intervention and Prevention Support Worker for Trivallis you will deliver crisis interventions and homelessness prevention activities, supporting individuals to sustain their tenancy or home. The key aim is Early Intervention and prevention to help resolve problems at an early stage and prioritise those at risk of homelessness. 

We support people across the Taff locality to improve resilience, reduce isolation, maximise their income, access employment and improve their health and wellbeing. 

You will have experience of working in a similar environment, working with people in their homes and be determined and committed to make a difference to the lives of those we support.

  • A commitment to supporting and enabling people to live independently and sustain their homes.
  • A flexible approach.
  • A full clean driving license, business insurance and access to your own car to use within the role.
