Salary: Scale 4/5 £9,605 - £10,843 (£27,849 - £31,438 FTE per annum)

Location: Sutton

Working Pattern: 14.5 hours/2 days per week with some flexibility (Term Time only)

Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHC&AT) is a family of specialist education providers for over 1500 pupils and students from nursery to further education across 14 academies and 8 college centres in London, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. The Safeguarding Administrator is a new position and the post holder will provide support to the Director of Safeguarding and Wellbeing. This role will provide day to day administration support including scheduling meetings and training, diary management and taking minutes of meetings, which can be highly confidential. The post holder will also be responsible for accurate record keeping, researching and retrieving information, setting up maintaining office systems and providing support and assistance to the Safeguarding Lead in analysing data.

The Safeguarding Administrator will work across Orchard Hill College and Academies as required and will be based at Head Office in Sutton, with the opportunity to also work from home. Therefore having access to your own transport is highly desirable but not essential.
