Safeguarding Senior Social Worker

Leaders in care are currently working with an outstanding local authority on the South Coast of England, for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join the assessment and safeguarding team.

This council are super flexible with working hours and offer hybrid working too, this includes opportunities for 4 day working weeks and organizing your own diary. This is because we feel that having a work life balance is important, and this council adopts that same view!

There are immediate starts available. However not to worry, this council will wait up to 6 weeks for the right person. You can also expect a very competitive pay rate of £45 per hour! As they are rated Outstanding by Ofsted, the training and support this council offers is brilliant, so you are able to continuously develop as a practitioner, while providing the best care to all children and families involved in the service.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.

Due to our great relationship with this council, we can provide ongoing support throughout the full process, as well as being there to support you through the placement with weekly check ins.
