You could work in a variety of roles such as:Safety Case AuthorsSafety AnalystsHuman Factors EngineersProbabilistic Safety AnalystsWho we are looking for:At Rolls-Royce we embrace agility, are bold, pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do.  These principles form our values and behaviours and are an essential component of our assessment process and are fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.Degree in Engineering, Maths, Physics or equivalent.A demonstrable ability to work in multidisciplinary teams to tight deadlines.The ability to provide clear, concise and accurate technical reports.Experience or knowledge of hazard identification techniques such as FMEAs, HAZOPs,  Fault & Event Tree Analysis, and reliability evaluation methods would be an advantage.Experience or knowledge of hazard assessment processes would be an advantage, including design basis assessment techniques ( production of fault schedules, the derivation of safety functional requirements) and As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) assessments.We are an equal opportunities employer. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place.
