We have a brand new opportunity to join our Havebury Team as a Safety and Surveying Administrator on a Part Time (28 hours) permanent basis! Working within our Strategic Property Team, you will proactively support our teams in managing the risks identified through our stock condition survey programme. As well as this, you'll provide administrative support within our Safety and Surveying team.
Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
- Coordinate and proactively monitor HHSRS (Health & Housing Safety Rating System) actions in line with our HHSRS procedure to ensure these are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate HHSRS data by inputting survey information into our asset management system (Keystone) and completing regular reconciliations with other systems
- Reviewing property alternation requests from residents by considering if they have an impact fire safety or asbestos disturbance
- Support the Fire Safety Coordinator with preparing fire risk assessments, recording and managing fire actions, organising audits and responding to customer queries
- Support the Asset Coordinator with approving completed asbestos surveys and removals, auditing the use of the Asbestos Register, assisting with mutual exchanges and void properties, and responding to customer queries
- Arrange appointments with resident to arrange access as required
We are looking for someone who has...
- Proven experience as an administrator or relevant role
- Methodical approach with a focus on efficient administration processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to analyse and process data
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
