We’re currently looking for a Safety, Health & Environment Manager to join our team on a full-time basis for a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role
As the Safety, Health & Environment Manager, you will provide support and guidance to colleagues on all Safety, Health and Environment matters at our Haverfordwest Creamery.
Ensuring the effective delivery of a comprehensive SHE service, you will give up-to-date advice, considering SHE best practice and legislation.
You will also manage the implementation of SHE policies and procedures across the site to enable compliance and continuous improvement as well as implementing controls to mitigate risks from new and changing SHE legislation.
Additionally, you will:
- Investigate all SHE accidents and incidents
- Co-ordinate and manage local stakeholder relationships
- Manage site SHE budgets
About You
To be considered as our Safety, Health & Environment Manager, you will need:
- Experience working in an H&S and/or environmental manager capacity
- Experience of working in a high performing team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Good communication and organisation skills
