A wonderful opportunity to join a small, welcoming, highly supportive team across the clinical and non-clinical functions. An approved Training Practice with GP Trainer Partner, who drives a proactive healthcare model, holding regular regional clinics, out-of-hours clinics, and monthly meetings to discuss complex patients - an exceptionally well managed patient cohort.
This is a forward-thinking practice, embracing new technology, systems and processes to make work more efficient. They have a highly skilled non-clinical team and a GP Assistant who looks after the majority of the GP admin burden and pathology results. They also have a varied Multi-Disciplinary team, they're well-staffed with a long standing team.
Location - Northolt
Your role -

• 4-8 sessions
• 30 appointments per day (double appointments when translator is required)
• Streamlined administration - 10-15 documents per day maximum
• No Duty Doctor
• No extended hours, can volunteer for the extended hours hub AT LOCUM RATE
• Opportunity to develop skills and special interests and take lead

The surgery -

• Passionate, forward thinking and patient focused GP Partner and GP Educator
• Training Practice - including training Physician Associates, seeking to train FY2s and ST3s.
• Regular regional meetings and clinical meetings to discuss interesting cases and continue to learn.
• Proactive approach to patient care
• Based in a large, modern Health Centre with a range of Healthcare services.
• Varied Multi-disciplinary team
