Located in the picturesque town of Eastbourne, the GP practice is housed in a beautiful and modern purpose-built facility with "scenic vistas". The practice will be offering a nurturing environment for GPs who aspire to develop their special interest in training. They offer a balanced work-life experience with flexibility for annual leave that allows you to align your time off with school holidays, good clinical and admin support, and regular start and end times.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• £10,500 to £11,500 per session

OTHER PRACTICE AND ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

• We are welcoming GPs who have/want to develop a special interest in training
• Low home visiting (less than 1 every two weeks) and most of them are done by the nurse practitioner
• Weekly team meetings
• Clinical support: Mix of Partner and Salaried GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Acute Care Nurse practitioner, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Phlebotomists, Care Coordinators
• Admin support: Experienced, supportive management and administration team with Practice Manager, Office Manager, etc
• PCN support: Proactive and embedded ARRS workforce: First Contact Practitioners, Health and Wellbeing Coaches
• CQC Rating: Good
• QOF Score: above average
• State of the art purpose-built Health Centre
• Long term doctors in place

• Start and end times are regular, so you won't be staying over after work hours
