SALARIED GP - Herefordshire

mbi Medical are working with surgery in Herefordshire who are recruiting for a salaried GP position below:

• 4-8 sessions (negotiable)
• 15 minute appointments, 11 patients per surgery
• Individual patient lists for continuity of care
• Diverse clinical team: 14 GP's, ANP's PN's, HCA's, paramedics
• Stong training ethos: GP registrars, FY2's, medical students, student nurses
• Coffee break for all clinicians and students, an important part of their culture
• Fortnightly clinical meetings, monthly MDT meetings, practice half-days
• 6 weeks annual leave, 1 study leave
• Biannual social eventsfor whole team
• Active involvement in primary care research, with their own research nurse
• Excellent support staff. Effective care navigation to relevant clinicians
• Salary at upper end normal range, according on experience
