Salaried GP

Background -

A rare opportunity to join a successful Training Practice in leafy West Gloucestershire as a Salaried or Partner GP. The Practice is looking to consolidate and recruit a final GP team member before being at full capacity.

As a GP at this Practice, you'll benefit from a below-average workload of 22-25 patients per day, 15-minute appointments and a very manageable duty day.

Salary - Circa £10,500-£11,000/session or £High-earning Partnership drawings + Indemnity paid, NHS pension, 7 weeks' leave

Location - West Gloucestershire

The surgery -

Your role -

• Salaried or Partner GP
• 6-8 sessions per week
• 15-minute appointments
• Very limited patient contacts, 22-25 per day
• Minimal home visits, 0-1 per day on average
• Only half a day of duty doctor at a time, never be on call for a full day again!
• Heavily restricted admin due to efficient protocols and processes in place
