Any prospective incoming GP would be joining a team of 4 partners and 5 salaried GP as well as the wider team of ANPs, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses and PCN team.
Workloads are routinely monitored allowing clinicians time to focus on patient care and quality outcomes for their patients. There have been significant efficiencies made to workflow and administration and home visits are infrequent. This is a real opportunity for any GP locally to develop their interests, implement ideas and work towards a high earning partnership with a practice offering one of the best salary packages available nationally. Salary – £85,000 - £95,000 + Indemnity paid + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave
Location – St Neots
Your role –

• Salaried GP or GP Partner
• Any experience considered
• Develop professional interests
• Between 4-8 sessions available
• Contribute to a focused committed clinical team
• Realistic workloads which are regularly reviewed
