SalaryThis is a fairly small practice in Barking with approximately 10,000 patients registered between the main site and its branch site. They are now seeking a Salaried GP to join the clinical team, and they can accommodate between 4-8 sessions per week on a salaried basis.
The practice is well managed with an organisation that provides excellent support, clinical development and future opportunities such as a Lead GP position. The practice also offers favourable terms of employment including 15 minute appointments and a paid CPD session (1 session per week, pro rata for less than full time). This is therefore a very appealing opportunity for the right GP.
The wider team within the practice includes a Nursing team, Pharmacists and HCAs, and there is additional support from the PCN.
Key Duties
- 4-8 sessions considered
- 15 minute appointments
- Working across a main site and a branch site nearby
- Duty Dr rota
- Mix of telephone and face to face appointments
- Time allocated for admin
- Minimal home visits
- Working within a clinical team including Nurses, Pharmacists and HCAs
- Further development is supported, such as special interest areas
Package and Benefits
- £10,450 per session
- Additional paid CPD session (1 CPD session per 8 clinical sessions each week) - pro rata if less than full time
- Full time equivalent of £94,050 per annum
- Maternity, Paternity, Sickness and Continuity of Service in line with the BMA
- 6 weeks of Annual Leave
