THE POSITION
Your role is to offer the customers a unique and memorable experience to maximize sales and establish long-term relationships with the customers, in accordance with the standards and the image of the company. You require to have minmum 2-3 years fashion retail experience, swimwear, Lingerie and activewear would be a plus.
RESPONSIBILITES
Because of your position of Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following aspects:
Brand Image
· Represent the image of the Maison, constantly adopting an exemplary attitude towards the standards set by the company, and making sure to always maintain an impeccable look
· Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, by ensuring a perfect welcome and a quality of service worth a luxury environment
· Share your expertise with the customers and with the teams
Sales skills
· Master and observe the Eres Art of Sale techniques
· Have a perfect knowledge of Eres, of the collections and the stocks
· Know and follow the KPIs
· Develop and work with the customer file
· Support the other Sales assistants
Operations
· Master the management of the cash desk
· Permanently ensure the compliance of the merchandising guidelines, the tidiness of the counters and of the fitting rooms
· Participate to the reception of goods, to the stock management and to the boutique reorders
PROFILE
A first experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is required
