Job Description:

Our client is fast-growing B2B printing company which is looking for an Internal Business Sales Account Executive to join their team. The need to build a good rapport quickly, friendly and professionally is a must and maintain excellent relationships with both new and existing customers. You must be well mannered and able to work in a close-knit team. Personality is key to being successful in this role and to fit in with the team.

Working within a busy, fast-paced environment and the ability to work with companies of all sizes. Main responsibilities would be in managing new accounts, growing new business and gaining repeat business. Experience within the printing and or B2B sales would be ideal but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound lead follow up & quotation, outbound calls, email and internet contact enquiries.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers is essential
  • Looking after orders and providing support and after-sales support
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Passing qualified leads to relevant departments if necessary
  • Setting up of new customers onto the system
  • Quickly handle smaller opportunities through to closing
  • Develop the capability to manage the entire sales process end to end
  • Invoicing customers
  • Ordering stock and updating databases.

About you:

  • Excellent attention to details
  • Professional and polite telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbally and written
  • Strong phone presence and experience of busy phone lines
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to take initiative and to problem solve
  • Positive working attitude
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Experience working in customer service and administrative role
  • Excellent PC skills; high proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
  • Ideally some basic Adobe Photoshop skills
