Form of workWe are looking to recruit an experienced Business Sales person with proven sales experience within the plant hire, building, waste management or construction industries who will be based from the Head Office in Fareham but covering the area of SO Postcodes.The successful candidate will be responsible for the promotion and revenue generation of the Company’s services by increasing sales and achieving new business, resulting in the expansion and overall growth of the Company as a whole.The role of Business Sales includes:revenue generation for the Company’s services by managing and maximising key account customers on their potential or expanding existing business and generating new business opportunities in-line with existing businesspromoting and developing awareness of the Company’s services in the local and surrounding market areasestablishing and building upon long term profitable business relationships with key contact within existing and new business opportunitiesorganising sales and marketing campaigns as well as advertising, where necessaryexamining the Company’s market shareproducing concise weekly reports on your activitiesliaising with the other sales team members to ensure excellent communication and forward sales lead and business opportunities to themmonitoring and increasing the number of account customersrecording prospects and client activity and following up as appropriateThe Ideal Business Sales Candidate will have…Full UK Licence to drive company vehiclea proven track record and relevant experience within the waste, building, or construction industriesmust have some experience in the building industry, either through a builders merchant or direct business to business salesexcellent communication, interpersonal, organisation and IT skillsgood geographical knowledgegood attention to detail to ensure accuracy of informationexperience of working within a busy and fast paced environmentthe ability to remain calm and patient when under pressureRemunerationSalary: £30,000 pa - £35,000 pa (dependent upon experience),Account management bonus (which could be up to £10k pa to £12k pa),Commission/new business (which could be £1k per month), resulting in earnings circa £45k pa - £57k pa (depending upon bonus and commission results).Company vehicle.25 days holiday which increases to after length of serviceWorking Hours8.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
