The Role:Based in our Scottish office, the International Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in managing inbound sales enquiries from customers across the globe. This office-based position involves dealing with online, email, and phone enquiries, facilitating order fulfilment, setting up product trials, and offering comprehensive product information and guidance. This dynamic role offers a variety of challenges, making it an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute individual.
The Candidate:We are seeking a candidate with a strong commercial background, adept at managing a busy pipeline and handling diverse enquiries. While technical products are at the core of our business, we are not looking for an engineer. Instead, we seek someone with excellent account management skills, proficiency in using CRM systems, and strong administrative capabilities. Your ability to juggle information, coupled with commercial savvy, will be key to excelling in this role.
The Rewards:
