Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Rye, East Sussex, office based (Your own transport is required due to the location of this business)
Salary: £30k - £35k DOE + Bonus based on individual and company performance (Up to £10k+, paid quarterly)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Benefits: 20 days + bank holidays, Company pension scheme and healthcare scheme.
Your main duties as a Sales Account Manager would be:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with approximately 200 accounts through effective communication
- Understanding and promoting the company products and services
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve growth (The products are in high demand)
- Up selling and cross selling
- Keeping up to date of industry trends and competitors
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery or products and services for continuous improvement
You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have the following:
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Account Manager
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Self motivated and results driven
