Sales Account Manager | Remote | Technology | Automotive Sector

REMOTE

A leading international company engaged with Intelligent Power and Control Solutions for circuit board based electrical systems in the area of power management, sensors and controls in its customers industry and the automotive market.

Customers would be based throughout Ireland

The role

• Accountable B2B-sales of the client’s solutions to existing and new customers in different potential industries (eq. Construction & agricultural machines, Commercial & Special Vehicles) in dedicated market/area or segments according annual budgets/ objectives

• Proactive Account Management & Business Development in order to enhance and foster Growth

• Development and maintenance of the current customer relationships, profitability, service level

• Participation and execution of company vision & strategy implementation

• Definition and Implementation of own Strategy & Vision

• Utilizing Video conferencing and planning and coordination customer of visits to optimize time management

• Reporting to UK Sales Director and Head of Sales, HQ in Germany

About you

Competences (commercial, expertise and personal)

• Previous app. 3-5 years accountable individual B2B-sales experience within the electronics, electricity or related components (eq. vehicles, construction machines etc.) industry

• Ability to open new business opportunities (prospects) and create long-lasting customer relationships

• High Skill to foster and develop the existing customer relationships even more on higher in business scale

• Excellent interactive and negotiation skills in a persuasive and constructive manner regardless of the issue/ person in question

• Ability to understand customer’s business needs, notice the "silent" buying signals, find the appropriate product/ service, argument proposed solution convincingly and close the deal successfully

• High commitment to individual and company objectives in the long run (self-motivation)

• Willingness to grow along with the requirements of one’s job in the future

• Applicable working personality (look next chapter!) according to work community

• Native written and spoken English, German is not required but would be of added value

• Appropriate education and general industry related knowledge

• Knowledge on Virtual and Digital tools for "Virtual Sales" as well as Mobility are prerequisites

• Full UK driving License

Location

The position is home based in Northern Ireland where the initial training will take place and at the Headquarters in Germany.
