We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team, focusing on industrial, retail, and office clients in the South London and Southern Home Counties down to the south coast region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Facilities Management sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with industrial, retail, and office clients.
• Cultivate and manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that align with client needs and promote a high standard of service.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the Facilities Management sector.
• Strong understanding of industrial, retail, and office environments, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
