Donaghy Bros have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Admin/Customer Service to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the business's general admin and customer support. Alongside our front-of-house staff, you will assist and support our busy sales team with the sale of small domestic appliances. The role will involve customer service, general sales and processing. Answering phones and email messages, dealing with and professionally greeting customers and overseeing payments. There will be the opportunity to progress within the business. The ideal candidate will have the following skills; High level of customer service. Confident demeanor. Ability to confidently use computer software to administrate sales & experience in Microsoft 365. Excellent organisational and team working skills. .
