Sales & Administration Coordinator

£25,000 - £30,000
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager. You will be liaising with the customers and the internal departments. The role is to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Follow defined KPI’s with your manager.
- Order from suppliers
- Maintain customer database, pricing and customer case history up to date.
- Escalate relevant customer issues to the Sales Managers to assure high level of reactivity and problem resolution.
- Follow-up customer overdue in link with the Sales Managers.
- Arrange samples to be sent to customers.
Requirements
- 2-3 plus years of customer service, export service or related experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and proven ability to produce quality work.
