Job description

We are working with small expanding reputable independent company based near Walton on Thames.

They distribute products to the Supermarkets, Retailers and Wholesalers looking to recruit a Sales Administrator Manager Supervising 1 Sales Administrator, role3 is to start ASAP.

The role is working within a small team and reporting to the Operations Manager and Managing Director.

The role includes:

Overseeing the processing of customer orders and raising invoices.

Completing all necessary export documentation.

Any experience of supervising staff.

Liaising with customers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery and managing any issues.

Checking all warehouse and stock invoices for errors.

Assisting with chasing aged Debtors.

Working with Operations Manager on special projects including completing New Line Forms and specification requests.

Assisting with the sending out of samples, booking the courier and ensuring stock room is kept, fully stocked.

Ensuring filing is up to date.

Check the daily post and action as appropriate.

Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries.

General ad-hoc duties as and when requested.

Experience needed.

Previous experience within an order processing.

Good knowledge of export documentation

Good IT skills including Sage, Excel, and Word.

Team Player, with attention to detail.

1st class communication skills.

Ability to multitask and good organisation skills.
