Manchester Staff is working with a branch of a well-established engineering company based in Knutsford, Cheshire. Our client is a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering exceptional services to their clients. The successful candidate will be a team player that has great customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be familiar using Customer Relationship Management systems, have great organisational skills & pay close attention to detail. The Sales Administrator will be confident in the product knowledge, responsible for providing quotes to businesses, relaying all discussions on the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders from clients and resolving any queries/ questions regarding the product.
• Providing great customer service.
• Using Customer Relationship Management databases to record any work required.
• Using Microsoft Office applications to tailor quotes of work requested.
• Understanding how the business-to-business sales process works.
• Ability to learn products quickly and effectively.
• Paying close attention to detail, data entry skills & organisational skills.

Skills/Experience

- Customer service experience essential.

- Administration experience essential.

- Highly organised individual required.

- Working knowledge of B2B sales processes desirable.

- Ability to learn technical products to the extent that quotations can be produced.

- Data entry skills with attention to detail.

- Experience of working in a small company office environment preferred.
