- Manage day to day relationships with existing customer accounts
- Provide overall sales support and administrative support
- Resolve customer issues and manage operational issues
- Liaise with internal and external customers for stock requests and new item setups
- Manage marketing/sales programs such as custom catalogs and/or inserts
- Construct purchase agreements
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Adhere to country laws/regulations and company procedures/ standards in regard to Safety and Security
- Adhere to customs / import / export procedures as applicable
- Ensure any potential security breaches or concerns are brought to the attention of supervisor/manager without delay

Your Profile - Skillsets and Attributes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
- 1-2 years sales admin experience
