OA are currently working with a successful, growing organisation who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to support the team in processing and inputting customer orders on the system, raising purchase orders and building strong relationships with customers.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (40-hour week)
• £26,000
• 21 days holiday

Sales Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team with customer enquiries and building strong relationships.
• Processing and inputting customer orders and invoices onto the system.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Liaising with various departments to manage customer expectations.
• Updating the systems with accurate information and delivery times etc.

Sales Administrator - Skills and Experience:

• Must have experience working within an office setting and sales administration experience.
• Confident in using the Microsoft Office package.
• Have excellent attention to detail and be familiar with Purchase Orders etc.
• Be able to prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines.
• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
