Sales Administrator

Are you a self-motivated and driven Sales Administrator who thrives in a busy and challenging role, supporting, and collaborating with a team of dynamic field-based Account Managers? Do you have a passion for the food and beverages industry combined with a strong customer focus? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Your responsibilities as a Sales Administrator will include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service, for new and existing customers understanding their needs.
- Building trust and loyalty, leading to repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Collaborating with the Account Managers to assist in managing complete sales cycle from inception to completion.
- Processing sample requests promptly, taking into account delivery times, optimum number of samples and cost.
- Preparing quotations, contracts, and pricing agreements accurately.
- Using multiple systems to document processes and update customer master data.
- Monitoring visit reports, contracts, prices, order quantities, payment, and delivery conditions etc.
- Preparing corresponding customer-specific evaluations.
- Fulfilling administrative tasks to support Account Managers.
- Proactively managing overdue payments to support cashflow.
To be a successful Sales Administrator you must have:
- A commitment for continuous development and improvement.
- A willingness to embrace a challenging role in a dynamic team.
- A determination to overcome challenges in a pressurised environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership, considering consequences, and making decisions.
- Strong IT skills - experience of using SAP is preferred but not essential.
- Good attention to detail.
- An ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
