Job description

Contract Scotland is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client's busy sales team within the Falkirk area. This is a 3-month temporary position with an immediate start date.
Daily Duties:
Manage the email inbox, process orders, create quotes, resolving all customer queries.
Dealing with all sales enquiries
Supporting the account manager with all administrative tasks
Updating notes and action points to the CRM system.
Liaising with suppliers
The ideal candidate will have good administrative skills and experience working in a similar role. You will be required to work Monday - Friday, 35H per week. £12H.
