I am recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to join a successful SME based in Wrexham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team as they go through a period of growth. The Sales Administrator will support the sales team and wider business with all aspects of the administration process.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for:
- Receiving orders from Sales reps for customers and stock.
- Processing orders and ordering specialist stock as required.
- File sales paperwork and attach updated records, including invoices and financial information.
- Process trade information
- Raising invoices and self-billing invoices
- Booking stock in and entering supplier invoices ready for processing.
- Using Supplier systems to order equipment and check for any bonus required.
- Apply for retrospective bonus with suppliers.
- Advising warranty department for New equipment
- Datatag paperwork.
- Log book management for trade in units.
- Registering new units as required.
- Tracking information on system for auditing and invoice downloads.
- Dealing with finance companies where required.
- Website administration.
- PA duties for MD and FC.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years office administration/ sales administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, self-motivated and driven.
- MS Office experience.
- Order processing experience.
- Good telephone manner.
