You will be working for a well-established lifestyle design brand.
Monday- Friday 9:00am – 5:30am
Duties
- Processing sales orders.
- Dispatching goods and arranging courier services.
- Provide customer service and answer incoming emails.
- Creating quotes and sending out samples.
- Liaising with the pickers and packers.
- Process refunds and handle warranty returns.
- Customer service and answer product enquires.
- Other ad hoc responsibilities.
