This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced, enthusiastic Sales Administrator, to join a leading organisation's dynamic Sales Dept.
You will be responsible for undertaking support and administration core duties for several business units and so will need to thrive in a busy and varied working environment.
As Sales Support, you will be responsible for:
- Processing a high volume of sales orders accurately
- Verify PO numbers and Sales Orders for correctness and highlighting any issues.
- Liaison with relevant stakeholders to ensure SLAs are met and exceeded.
- Checking company inventory to determine availability of requested products/services.
- Raising purchase reqs
- Completing 2nd checks on colleagues work with high degree of attention to detail.
- Ensure records and kept and filed in accordance with company procedures.
- Raising internal RMA/Credits on customer accounts and associated procedures
- Timely response to emails from dept inbox
- Creating and maintaining work instructions to ISO standard
Skills and experience for the Sales Support position include:
Essential
- Worked within a similar Sales Support function for medium to large organization
- Good working knowledge of ERP system
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Capable of applying a logical, practical and commercial approach to your work
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office
