Position Overview: As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and sales-driven professional who can handle various aspects of the sales process, including upselling, calling existing customers, cold calling, account management, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound sales calls to upsell products and services
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers
- Cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Efficiently processing customer orders and providing accurate information
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall company sales targets
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and upselling skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Full-time position (39.5 hours per week)
- On-site presence required
