Sales Administrator

Location: Burntwood (Staffs)
Salary: 22,500 - 25,000 per annum

Position Overview: As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and sales-driven professional who can handle various aspects of the sales process, including upselling, calling existing customers, cold calling, account management, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound sales calls to upsell products and services
• Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers
• Cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Efficiently processing customer orders and providing accurate information
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall company sales targets
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and upselling skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets

Working Hours:

• Full-time position (39.5 hours per week)
• On-site presence required

Salary:

• 22,500 - 25,000 per annum, depending on experience
