Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with customers to provide order updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes and proposals.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Generate reports and analyse sales data to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
