Sales AdministratorAbout you: - At least 5 years' experience of working in a sales administrative role
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to understand and execute customer requirements.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and experience using a sales CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of multi-tasking whilst maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Sales and Logistics Support: • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Assist with orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. • Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software. • Handle enquiries and provide exceptional customer service. • Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, improve efficiency and ensure customer orders are met.
General Administration: • Communicating with customers and colleagues by telephone and email ensuring queries are dealt with and customers are kept up to date and informed. • Answer phone calls and handle mail. • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. • Organise and file documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and maintaining confidentiality. • Input and update information into databases and systems accurately.
What's on offer: A fantastic working team environment £24,000 per annum. Hours of work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
