Duties
- Handle incoming calls
- Sales Order Processing
- Handling Customer Queries
- Stock Control returns
- Goods Inwards preparation and paperwork
- Purchase Orders
- Support the quality manager with BRC audit requirements
- Conduction internal audits
- Assisting with supplier questionnaire feedback
- Assist with Internal Risk assessments
- Website support
- E-mail campaigns
You
- IT proficient (MS Outlook, Word , Excel)
- A Strong Communicator
- Organised
- Have previous administrative experience
