Known for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service, we are seeking a talented and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team.With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, they are dedicated to delivering the best solutions to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering top-notch administrative support to the sales team
- Maintaining and managing the customer database
- Handling phone calls and assisting with sales-related queries
- Accurately inputting orders into the in-house system
- Coordinating with warehouse and production teams
- Organising shipments and booking freight within the UK and internationally
- Performing general office administration tasks
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence
