37.5 hours per week ( Flexible on start times from 07:30 -09:00)
Sales Administrator
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Birmingham. Our client has a friendly and supportive team, and this role would suit someone looking for a busy and challenging role with varied duties.
Our client has been established for over 35 years, Specialising in bespoke design and manufacturing products.
Duties will include:
- Processing Sales order and updating the production schedule.
- Producing Delivery notes and any shipping paperwork
- Reviewing orders on the production Schedule and chasing proformas
- Processing any Credit Card transactions
- Liaising with clients
- Liaising with transport companies
- Answering telephone calls and directing appropriately
- Formulating smaller quotations under the guidance of the Sales Director
- Attending appropriate trade shows ( approximately 4 per year)
- Using Sage Accounts from a customer / sales context
- Using CRM MRP software from a customer / sales context
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organised with great attention to detail
- A confident, friendly attitude
- Effective communicator
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not essential.
