Established in 1835 my client is one of the largest Estate Agency brands in London with over 30 offices across the rest of the UK and they are currently looking for an experienced Sales/Branch Administrator for their Forest Hill office.
You will ideally have worked in Estate agency/Property in some capacity (Negotiator/Administration/) and have an understanding of the Industry.
You will need to be very organised and be able to prioritise your own workload in a busy working environment as you will be acting as support to the Sales team.
You will also be dealing with social media platforms so it is vital you have an understanding of these and how they can be utilised for marketing.

·Organising photography, floor plans and EPC’s
·Window Cards
·Boards/Board Checks
·Offer Letters, Sales Letters, Invoicing
·Emailing out new instructions
·Key Logs
·Land Registry E-services
·Portals / Reports /Rightmove Plus
·Organising Office Email's
·Supporting the sales negotiators
·Booking staff training courses (Company Academy)
·Distributing leads
Package
Competitive basic salary £23-25,000 depending on your level on experience.
Hours
·8.45am - 6.30pm Mon- Thurs
·8.45am - 5pm Friday
