Job description

Vehicle Sales Administrator required in Southwest Bristol.
  • Starting salary negotiable pending experience.
  • 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday.
  • Option of hybrid office/work from home set up.  
Our client, one of the largest car dealer groups in the UK, are currently looking to recruit a Fleet Vehicle Sales Administrator for their busy franchise approved car/van dealership in Southwest Bristol.
 
Working alongside a friendly administration team, as a Fleet Vehicle Sales Administrator you will work be responsible for processing customer files and invoices for vehicles sold, making sure that our stock information is up to date as well as maintain records and an accurate filing system amongst other ad hoc administration duties. 
 
Current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator is highly advantageous to our client however they are very open to considering candidates with no prior automotive experience provided you come from a strong administration orientated background, be proficient in web and desktop based applications that use computerised stock monitoring systems, have a UK driving licence with minimal points and are looking to undertake a new exciting challenge in the trade. An active interest in the motor industry would be beneficial but is not essential. Overall you will be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills along with well-rounded IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
