Sales Administrator Job in Chippenham

Vehicle Sales Administrator required in Chippenham.

• Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum.
• 40 hour week between the hours 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our client’s multi-franchise approved dealership in Chippenham.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, in this Vehicle Sales Administrator role you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the accurate and timely progressing of sold new and used vehicles from the point of order to delivery.
• Process customer orders including raising of purchase orders, ensuring that this is done in line with customers order and timeframes expected, booking inspections, valeting and delivery as required.
• Maintain accuracy of vehicle records in respect of stock funding.
• Accurate uploading of completed used stock vehicles to advertising platforms.
• Raising of vehicle Sales invoices.
• Reconciliation of statements 
• Liaison and communication with the sales team regarding progress of their customer vehicles.
• Submission of completed deal files at month end.

The successful Vehicle Sales Administrator would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/Drive experience preferable). Strong and steady previous experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator would be highly beneficial however our client is willing to consider candidates with practical experience in a similar sales administration orientated environment. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential for this role.
