Salary- Starting salary up to £28,000 per annum.
- 40 hour week Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
- Opportunity to work with one of the UK's largest independent car dealer groups operating 62 dealerships representing 17 marques.
Reporting to the Regional Accountant and working alongside two other Vehicle Sales Administrators and a support person, you will be responsible for providing a pro-active support to the car sales and management teams in the function of processing car sales to the point of vehicle delivery to the customer. This will include vehicle registration and taxing via AFRL, raising invoices, maintaining vehicle files, and checking and preparing reports for internal and external use alongside other ad-hoc administration duties.
The successful candidate would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills and very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (experience with Kerridge/Keyloop preferable). Current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or within a similar administration orientated role in the motor trade is mandatory for our client at this stage.
