Working in line with the company's aggressive growth plans alongside the Head of Commercial you will aim to build lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service. This role is office based 5 days a week - working hours are 8.30am until 5.30pm.
What will you do?
- Creating paperwork for each order, ensuring compliance to industry standards
- Liaise with hauliers ensuring they are fully briefed for each delivery with correct paperwork
- Admin support to the Head of Commercial and Transport Manager
- Creating invoices and mailing to clients to request payment
- Ensuring all documents are complaint and accurate
- Confirm post-delivery paperwork is completed
- Work with accounts relating to invoicing
- Develop and maintain with key stakeholders, achieving efficient returns on transport spend
What will you need?
- Previous sales administration experience essential
- IT literate, particularly with Excel
- Strong verbal and written communicational skills essential
- Professional and adaptable to work with a diverse customer base
