A manufacturing company based in Hampton are on the lookout for a dynamic and results orientated Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
The client is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to drive business development efforts within the industry. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role within the business.
The main purpose of a Sales Administrator
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present product/service demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Sales Administrator Specification:
- Previous sales administration experience is preferable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
