Administrator (maternity cover), CookstownWorking as part of a team covering the day-to-day fulfilment of all ordersEnsuring accurate administration and maintenance of all documentation
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Working closely with all sites, freight and external warehouses to complete core tasks of raising and releasing orders• Amending information and communicating with Customers, Operations and Account Managers• Proactively managing orders from receipt through delivery• Assisting the leadership team to prioritise and oversee the day-to-day operations• Being a key ambassador through polite, courteous & timely interaction with internal and external customers• Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships• Following & achieving agreed performance targets• Ensuring compliance with all Company Policies, Procedures and Rules• Assisting the Manager to create and maintain training documents & training to the team• Acting decisively under challenging conditions and taking full responsibility and accountability for actions
Requirements
• Experience of working within an administration and customer-focused environment• PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite• Flexibility and confidence to work in a busy environment and under pressure• Organising workload and displaying effective interpersonal skills• Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethical awareness• Good communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Working to deadlines and targets demonstrating a positive 'can do' attitude• Strong attention to detail and ability to report accurately
